The most common residential roofing material in Central Florida. We inspect for granule loss, lifted tabs, wind damage, and underlayment integrity. Bynum does not install 3-tab shingles we recommend architectural grade only for wind performance.
25–30 year lifespan
Standing seam and panel metal systems require inspection of panel fasteners, seam integrity, and coating condition. Metal is one of the best performers in Florida's hurricane climate and is increasingly common on both residential and commercial properties.
40–70 year lifespan
Concrete tile is Bynum Roofing's preferred tile system for Central Florida homes. We inspect for cracked or slipped tiles, mortar failure at the ridge, underlayment condition, and structural load compliance. Concrete tile outperforms clay on wind resistance and cost.
